Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 2PM Central Time on Monday through Friday are processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $100 to addresses in the Continental US. Orders under $100 are subject to shipping charges that appear in your check-out options. 

If your order is time sensitive we offer the following EXPEDITED shipping options via UPS and USPS.

UPS (United Parcel Service - Only available for U.S. Domestic Orders):

  • 3 Day Select - Delivery by the end of the day on the 3rd business da.
  • 2nd Day Air  - Delivery by the end of the day on the 2nd business day
  • Next Day Air - Delivery by the end of the day on the Next business day

USPS (United States Post Office - Available for U.S. and International Orders):

  • Priority Mail - 2-3 business days depending on location
  • Express Mail - Next business day guaranteed
  • Priority Mail International - 3-10 business days depending on destination country
  • Express Mail International - 3-5 business days depending on destination country

(Orders to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates and APO/FPO´s must use USPS options)

Returns & Replacements
We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. If you wish to return any item(s) , send us an e-mail at returns@cjsquash.com and provide us your order number and item(s) you wish to return. A return authorization will be e-mailed to you with instructions. Some items (most often those that have to be special ordered) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No packages will be accpeted by us without a Return Authorization.
All returns are subject to inspection and must be in brand new, resaleable condition or it will be returned to you. Return shipping will be charged to your credit card.
We WILL NOT accept any of the following as RETURN ITEMS: 
  • Racquets that have been played with and/or plastic wrap is removed from the grip - 2-3 business days depending on location
  • Racquets with custom stringing option
  • Footwear that has any indicatoin of being worn*
  • Any string, grip, or accessory item that has the original packaging opened or damaged
*(Try on footwear indoors on a carpeted surface as footwear that shows any indication of being used can not be accepted. Return shipping will be charged to your credit card.)

ANY ITEM(S) RETURNED THAT DO NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU and YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES.

Any item(s) that are returned MUST be returned by a traceable shipping method. We cannot be responsible for any shipment lost in transit.

Other than Black Knight (who offers a 45 day guarantee on their squash racquet models), Squash racquets are not warrantied. If your racquet breaks within 30 days of purchase, without excessive wall contact , you may return it to us (request an RA at returns@cjsquash.com, state your order # and racquet model) and we will return to the manufacturer and endeavor to get it replaced for you. If your racquet breaks outside the 30 day purchase window, you may return it to us and we will inspect it for damage before forwarding on to the manufacturer for possible replacement. All racquet returns must have an RA and are subject to a $9.95 return fee (charged to your credit card) to cover the cost of processing and shipping cost back to the manufacturer.
Ordering
Although we've tried to make this site extrememly "user friendly," we realize that some customers are uncomfortable ordering online so call us at 1-513-543-9688 to talk to a "real" person to place your order (often Charlie Johnson himself). When you call, we'll need the following information:

  • Shipping/Billing Address
  • Email & Phone Contact Information
  • Credit Card Information (#, exp. date, security code)
Our customer service is available 24/7 so if you call outside normal business hours (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST),  just leave a voice message and we'll get back to you the next busines day. Promise!

All orders must be accompanied by pre-payment via credit card or Paypal transaction and Squash.com, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any transaction due to unauthorized, altered, fraudulent, or ineligible use of payment method. 
We strive to have the best prices and best service on the internet but if you find a lower price, call us at 1-800-222-1143 and we will try to match it.
